Miró at the yorkshire sculpture park

This exhibition of Miró at the yorkshire sculture park is the biggest exhibition of Miró sculture ever. He lived from 1893 to 1983 and as well as going to art school he also went to business school and got a job as a clark, he gave up business in his twenties and focused more on his art and became very interested in the works of Van Gogh and Cézanne. after Miró settled in Paris his work went through a transformation from the surreal to the abstract. Later in his carrear as he became more well known he started to build the sculptures that you'll find in the Yorkshire Sculpture Park.
